Mr. Noone is a Director of Exvere Inc., and he acts as the firms General Counsel.
Prior to joining Exvere, Mr. Noone spent 9 years as a Senior Associate with a major Irish law firm, including 5 years as Managing Lawyer of the firms Asian Office in Tokyo, Japan. His areas of legal practice included banking, investment funds, securities and asset management, where he advised a wide range of US, Asian and European based clients establishing complex legal structures in Europe and the US.
Mr. Noone is a graduate of University College Dublin, where he received a Bachelor in Business and Legal Studies (BBLS) and a Master of Laws in Commercial Law (LL.M).
Mr. Noone is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Law Society of Ireland and the Solicitors Regulatory Authority of England & Wales, and is admitted to practice as an attorney in each of those jurisdictions.
Mr. Noone lives in Seattle and his interests include travel, cycling, tennis and spending time with his wife Nicole.
