Michael S. Bennett, Director of Research and Valuations
Since joining Exvere in 1998, Mike has been instrumental in over twenty-five merger and acquisition
transactions across all of Exvere’s industry concentrations, including Food and Beverage Production
and Distribution, Manufacturing, Building Products, and Services.
His prior business experience
includes ThinkView, Inc., an internet infrastructure company, and Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc., a
New York based investment bank. Mr. Bennett received his B.A. in Business Administration from the
University of Washington, with concentrations in Finance and Business Economics.
Mike is responsible
for Exvere’s valuation, research, and financial analysis functions, and holds an Accredited Valuation
Analyst designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
