Following a rapid rise to CEO of a diversified manufacturing concern and subsequent promotion to
division president of a Fortune 500 company, Mike took the reins of ASC Pacific, Inc. as managing
partner of an international joint venture. Later, Mike formed Franklin Holdings, Ltd. and turned to merchant banking to
develop a private investment portfolio. During the ensuing years, he acquired two manufacturing
companies and sponsored three startups as investor and interim CEO. He then served in an advisory
capacity to a growing number of business owners who turned to him for advice and counsel.
A lifelong
resident of Washington State, Mike is an active member of business groups including Northwest Forum,
The Family Enterprise Institute, and YPO/WPO. He is a frequent speaker at local university leadership
classes and in 1998 he was named "Outstanding Alumni of the University of Puget Sound School of Business,"
where he graduated with a business degree. He later earned an MBA from Gonzaga University. Mike is actively
engaged in and oversees all Exvere transaction assignments.
